Chris Webster, Revive!
After leaving an active forces career to work with Dave Baxendale in the Revive! business, Chris soon decided that he could become a successful franchisee himself, and earn more money. He bought a neighbouring territory (with Dave's full backing) and is now building a very successful business with five vans, and competing with his old boss each month!

David Baxendale, Revive!
One of very few franchisees not involved in the day-to-day painting activities of the business, Dave continued for some time to work as in IT Consultant while his business initially grew under his management and direction. A previous 'Franchisee Of The Year' at our Annual Conference, Dave has just taken on his third employee, and sees his business maintaining high sales and strong growth.

Ian Rudge, Revive!
Ian worked successfully as a manager for a large retail food chain, but wanted to be his own boss, and to control his own destiny. After looking carefully at the franchise opportunities available, he felt that Smart Repairs would be right for him, and was attracted by the large and exclusive territories offered by Revive! Paul held a number of management positions in the engineering sector, responsible for up to 55 staff. Being a keen fan of all things automotive, he wanted to work with cars, and at the same time have the freedom of being his own boss and controlling his own income.
