New faces Revive! careers with Award winning Franchise

New faces Revive! careers with Award winning Franchise -
The strength and quality of the Revive! network continues to grow and we are delighted to announce the launch of two new franchisees. After an intensive training programme Byron Lindsay will soon launch his new business in the High Wycombe area whilst simultaneously Scott Atkinson will start his business in Leicester.

Byron Lindsay, 32, was previously an engineer in the Laundry Industry. Scott Atkinson, 21, worked in a dive centre (diving being his hobby). They researched the Franchise market carefully before joining the Revive! team. Here's what they have to say -

Q. Why did you want to change from your current job?

Byron: My job demanded a huge amount of travel and while I enjoyed it for a certain amount of time, I felt it was time to spend more time based at home. I always liked the idea of working for myself with the flexibility of being my own boss. I really like the idea of being able to control the amount of money I can earn also!

Scott: I feel I am quite ambitious and was somewhat frustrated as an employee at not being able to make decisions that improve myself and the business. Self employment and franchising allows me to do that within the framework of a tried and tested formula.

Q. What made you look at the Smart repair sector?

Byron: I wanted a mobile business because I wanted to be able to go and get work. I examined a number of mobile opportunities before I looked at Revive! I narrowed it down because most of the work can be done within the normal 9-5 days. There is also a huge amount of job satisfaction with the finished job and this really appealed to me.

Scott: To add to what Byron said, the job is hugely fulfilling and the market for the business is huge!

Q. What attracted you particularly to Revive!?

Byron: I saw a number of opportunities at the BFA Exhibition and my research pointed me towards Revive! I compared other companies in the Smart repair sector but saw them as either expensive and selling franchises without any interest in me, or far less professional and less organised.

Revive! are clearly the most professional franchise organisation and their levels of support and branding are superb.

Scott: Some of the companies I visited sounded quite rehearsed whereas Revive! gives you a real experience. The Revive! franchisees are all extremely positive about the company, whereas some of the other companies seem to offer little or no support to their franchisees. Talking to franchisees is a vital part of the process of buying a franchise and I was actively encouraged to do so by Revive!

Q. You are nearing the end of your training. How are you feeling?

Byron: I have enjoyed the training and it has been confidence boosting. It has been great to get hands on right from day one and I am confident and ready to go next week!!

Scott: The training has been superb. I was amazed at how quickly we have made progress. There are bad days also where things go wrong, but I realise it is all part of the great structure and plan of the excellent training program.

Q. What do you see as the next challenges?

Byron: There are a number of exciting opportunities for me starting next week. The key is to juggle the work and growing as quickly as possible. I look forward to employing, but this is a new area for me so I am sure there will be some challenges!

Scott: My key challenge is going to be organising and managing my week with all the work that is planned! I can't wait to start.
