Revive! Franchisee for St Helens, Chris Webster was delighted to be included as a Finalist in the recent BFA Awards and came away from the event not too disappointed that he did not win......

Cathryn Hayes, Head of Franchising for HSBC Bank plc who sponsored the awards comments - Although on this occasion Chris did not win a prize, the judges were all very impressed with his achievements.

Cathryn: "We had a very difficult task in judging the competition. It was hard work to pick only three prize winners from such an impressive field, especially as the range of type and size of business meant that we were not comparing like with like. It is very encouraging that the quality of entries was so high."

Chris Webster owns and runs a five van team of technicians in the North West of England and prides himself on his strong Customer Focus, the theme of this years BFA Awards. Chris comments - The Award Ceremony was amazing and my wife Georgina and I felt proud that our Revive! business was ranked alongside some of the big players in the franchise world such as MacDonalds. We would have liked to win but just to be invited there was an achievement and something we will never forget.
