Revive! is headed up by some very determined people with a long history in the car repair industry. They’ve combined their expert knowledge with a pioneering spirit to bring a superior bodywork repair service to customers nationwide. The support team and franchisees alike live and breathe the directors’ values, and they’re the reason Revive! has quickly gained a strong reputation with customers, trade partners, franchisees and industry bodies, such as the British Franchise Association.

Mark Llewellyn - Managing Director

Mark has been involved in SMART repairs since 1994 and is passionate about delivering great service to customers. He’s also very passionate about franchising as a great way of growing a business and has been working with the IMI to develop a national standard for “cosmetic repairs”. In 2010, he was voted onto the board of the BFA (British Franchise Association) where he can help influence ethical franchising in the UK.

Outside of work Mark is an avid Rugby supporter and in a former life, played at a reasonable level in the UK, France and Canada.  He’s married with a daughter.

Terry Mullen - Director

After spending 21 years working with Small Business Customers in her role with NatWest, Terry moved out of banking and into Smart Repairs in November 2000.  Terry’s role involves managing the recruitment of high quality franchisees, to ensure we recruit like-minded people who are as passionate about our service as we are. She also oversees the office and manages day-to-day operations for our support staff. 

Outside of work Terry enjoys travelling, reading and going to the cinema.
